Thank God! So what did we learn in this past season and what can we expect from the next? Quite a few things, but I will only mention a few.

One of the things that we learned was a greater dependence on the Lord. In the different situations that we had experienced, the Lord said we would come to know Him by the names that He was known by in the bible. Some of those names like: Jehovah-Jireh, Jehovah-Nissi and Jehovah-Ralpha were just a few. As we went through the different circumstances in those last few months, the Lord wanted us to call upon Him. As we did, He would reveal Himself and meet the need according to the circumstance. We would come to know that He was true to those names He was known by. All in all, the Lord was calling us into a deeper walk with Him as we would depend on Him for the answer in prayer.
This is just one of the things that we would take into the new season we are now entering in according to the prophetic word given to us, Peace and Increase.

The Lord has always wanted His children to depend up Him. He did not save us so we could walk in the distance from Him. No, but one of the reasons He saved us was so we could have our relationship with Him restored and we could experience a closeness with Him. Par tof that closeness is learning to depend on Him in every situation we face in life and watch Him work it out for us. He wants us to have a confidence and a trust that He has our good in mind and He will work it out for us if we let Him. So this lesson of dependence on Him is a great asset we will need no matter what season we are in with God.

So now we are entering in a new seaon. A season of Peace and Increase. Everyone likes those two words. I know I do. So how do we enter into this season? Is there a part we must play to enter in? Absolutely!
With most every promise that the Lord gives us, there are conditions for us to meet in order for it to be fulfilled. According to the prophetic word I heard from Pastor Russ about this new season, we would enter in by having fellowship with God in the Spirit. What does that mean to me? It means as we begin to meet with God on a regular basis in prayer. As we learn to wait on Him until His presence falls upon us, so then would we enter into this new season of Peace and Increase.

Most Christians know that when you come into the presence of God it brings a peace and a release on us. In Psalms 91:1 says (Psa 91:1 NKJV) He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

As we learn to dwell or live in that secret place or where we meet with God, so then will we come under His Shadow or under His covering of His Spirit. It is in that place that we will enter into that new season of Peace and Increase. It is learning to practicing the presence of God in our lives when we comune or live together with Him on a daily basis. It is in that place where we will find not only Peace and Increase, but all the necessary things we need in life from the Lord. Yet Peace and Increase are not the only benefits to be experienced by living in the secrets of the most high, but just read the rest of Psalm 91.

Yes this new season we are entering in and it will be exciting. The thing we need to apply in this new season is having fellowship with His Spirit by learning to dwell with Him in the secret place. In other words by spending time with Him in prayer and fellowship. If we will do this, not only will we have peace, but in addition, we will grow in our spirits or increase as we fellowship with Him. If that is not enough, He will also add the rest of His promises of psalm 91 as we apply Psalm 91:1 to our lives. I guess we can call that Peace and Increase also!

Be Blessed!
